Kuo Chiao Petrochemical Co., Ltd. adheres to the business philosophy of "Pursuing Harmony with Humility, Establishing Trust with Sincerity," continuously striving for growth and improving its operational environment. Since its establishment, the company has been engaged in the production of SM and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Copolymer) petrochemical products. It has diversified its SM business and pursued vertical and horizontal integration. Currently, the company operates two SM plants, SM-II and SM-III, with a combined annual production capacity of 330,000 tons. The annual production capacity for ABS is 95,000 tons. To ensure sustainable development, the company actively expands its downstream SM product operations both domestically and internationally. This includes investments in Kuo Heng Chemical and Pi Chuen Chemical, which produce PS (Polystyrene), the acquisition of the hydrogen business of Da De Chang Gas Co., and investments in Thai Kuo and Zhenjiang Kuo Heng for ABS production. These efforts have laid the foundation for vertical and horizontal integration in the industry.
