INEOS' expansion project in Changzhou, China officially started

On July 23, INEOS (Changzhou) Specialty Materials Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony at the expansion site of the Binjiang New Materials Industrial Park project in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, marking the official start of the 18,000-ton annual vinyl ester resin expansion project.
According to reports, the project includes new buildings such as factories, warehouses, and R&D experimental workshops, and supporting construction of corresponding "three wastes" treatment, safety protection devices and public facilities. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. Phil Popovec, senior vice president of global operations at INEOS Composites, affirmed the past development of INEOS Composites, emphasizing the safety culture of the INEOS Group, and always putting safety first in construction and production. He believes that INEOS's composites business can have better development in the Asia-Pacific region.
This expansion project not only marks the INEOS Group's affirmation of the development of the composites market in the Asia-Pacific region, but will also further enhance the R&D, delivery and service capabilities of products in the Asia-Pacific region.
