Properties:
The second-generation high impact copolymer product has high flowability high rigidity impact resistance and good demolding performance. Its surface hardness is better than that of general block copolymer polypropylene. It is recommended to choose processing conditions such as barrel temperature of 180-230 ℃ nozzle temperature of 220 ℃ injection pressure according to the injection molding machine's capacity (40-60 bar or 60-100 bar) mold cooling water temperature of 5-15 ℃ holding time of about 50 seconds for the first stage and 45 seconds for the second stage
