This product is a fiber grade homopolymer polypropylene resin suitable for high-speed spinning, artificial fibers, BCF expanded yarn, and CF spinning. It is mainly used for various types of packaging ropes, belts, luggage belts, car safety belts, mattress edging, cigarette tow, etc
It has medium to high flow performance, high monofilament strength, good flowability, good processability, stable product cross-sectional shape, recommended processing conditions, and is used for BCF process. The recommended spinning temperature is 230-290 ℃, the recommended side blowing temperature is 15 ℃, the wind speed is 1-1,2m, min, and it is best to control the side blowing humidity between 50-70%. It is recommended to use high-speed spinning, low draft process, and water bath stretching (125-135 ℃) for cigarette tow process For non-woven fabric forming process, recommended plasticizing temperature is 250-290 ℃
