The chart below shows price changes for four PE grades over the past three days:

Note: Data changes in real time, for reference only.
HDPE 50100 Philips Sinopec: Stable for the first two days, down $30 on June 3. Intensified market competition, weakening off-season demand, coupled with continued declines in upstream ethylene prices, significantly loosened cost support, prompting modest price concessions from sellers.
LDPE 801YY Lotte: Rose for two consecutive days, accumulating a $30 gain. Tight supply, decent demand.
LLDPE 218WJ Sabic: Continued weakening, down $25 cumulatively.
LLDPE M2320 Sinopec: Plunged $60 on June 2 alone, the biggest drop. Ample spot supply, plants actively destocking, coupled with weak downstream demand from agricultural film/packaging film, etc. Prices stabilized after a rapid decline.
Summary: LDPE 801YY rose against the trend, while the other three grades fell to varying extents. LLDPE M2320 showed the most significant drop.
