On March 27, 2026, the European Commission published a notice announcing its preliminary anti-dumping ruling on polyamide yarns originating in China. The preliminary duties are as follows: Fujian Eversun Jinjiang Co., Ltd., Fujian Jingfeng Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian Xinchuang Nylon Industrial Co., Ltd., and Fujian Jinyi High Performance Material Co., Ltd. — 57.7%; Fujian Highsun Synthetic Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Liyuan Polyamide Industry Co., Ltd., Fujian Liheng Polyamide Industry Co., Ltd., Xinhui Dehua Nylon Chips Co., Ltd., and Nanchong Meihua Nylon Co., Ltd. — 90.1%; other cooperating companies (see appendix in original link) — 67.1%; all other Chinese companies — 90.1%. The products concerned fall under EU Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes 5402 31 00, 5402 45 00, 5402 51 00, and 5402 61 00. The dumping investigation period covered July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, and the injury investigation period covered January 1, 2022, to the end of the dumping investigation period. The ruling takes effect on the day following its publication.
Interested parties may submit hearing requests within 5 calendar days of the publication, and case comments within 15 calendar days.
