On December 31, 2025, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2025/43, stating that, due to the applicant’s failure to continue cooperating with the investigation, it has decided to terminate the anti-dumping investigation into wind turbine blades (Turkish: rüzgar türbini kanadı) originating from China and will impose no anti-dumping measures.

The Turkish tariff codes of the products under investigation are 8503.00.98.90.19, 84.12, and 85.02.

The announcement is effective from the date of its publication.

On June 28, 2025, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2025/14, stating that, in response to an application from a Turkish producer, it had initiated an anti-dumping investigation into wind turbine blades originating from China. The dumping investigation period was from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, and the injury investigation period was from January 1, 2021, to September 30, 2024.
