Introduction
Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. was registered and established on March 17, 2009. Leveraging the abundant resources of coal, calcium carbide, and raw salt in the Yulin region, the company adheres to a development model characterized by scale, diversification, and integration. Building on the stable operation of a 100,000-ton/year polyvinyl chloride (PVC) project, the company has completed a 1-million-ton/year PVC comprehensive recycling utilization project. The company's current facilities include: 1.1 million tons/year of PVC, 880,000 tons/year of caustic soda installations, 4×125MW extraction condensing direct air-cooled turbine generator units, and 2.4 million tons/year of industrial waste residue cement installations. Annually, the project can directly convert 1.65 million tons of raw salt and 1.65 million tons of calcium carbide, indirectly convert 6 million tons of raw coal, and achieve annual sales revenue of 12 billion RMB. It is also capable of fostering a cluster of upstream and downstream PVC enterprises, driving the upgrade of the local calcium carbide and coking industries, and promoting the rapid development of related sectors such as coal, electricity, transportation, and services in the region. This plays a significant role in advancing the comprehensive, sustainable, and coordinated development of the local economy and society.
