China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical Co., Ltd. Yulin Chemical Branch is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical Co., Ltd. It is responsible for the preparatory work during the construction phase of the Shenhua Shaanxi Methanol Downstream Processing Project and the production and operation management after the project is completed. The plant is located in the Qingshui Coal Chemical Industrial Park of Yushen Industrial Zone, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It was established by China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical Co., Ltd. to implement the strategic cooperation between Shenhua Group and Shaanxi Province, and to realize the energy planning of the Group in northern Shaanxi by independently constructing the methanol downstream processing project. The project includes methanol downstream processing, chemical material storage and transportation, power supply, and high-purity clean gas, among others.
