MOCOM GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, is a global manufacturer of thermoplastic polymer composites. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of high-performance plastic products and sustainable technical compound solutions for the plastics processing industry. In addition to specialized products (Alcom®, Tedur®) and customized solutions (Altech®, Altech NXT® PP, Alfater XL®), the product range includes various near-premium recycled products (Alcom® ECO, Altech® ECO, Alfater XL® ECO). The sustainable portfolio also encompasses lightweight composites made from recycled carbon fibers under the WIC series, as well as the WIPAFLEX and WIPELAST products. Furthermore, MOCOM utilizes innovative recycling technologies to process plastic waste streams, which are reintroduced as valuable materials in products for the processing industry. MOCOM serves industries including: automotive, electrical and electronics, home and garden, and sports and leisure.As part of the Hamburg-based Otto Krahn Group, MOCOM employs approximately 900 people with production facilities in Germany (Hamburg, Erenbach, Gardelegen, Neuburg, Zülpich) as well as in the USA (Duncan, South Carolina) and China (Changshu). MOCOM has been awarded the Gold Medal by the independent rating agency EcoVadis. The company is also certified according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
