Long Son Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (LSP) is a company established under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to develop, construct, and operate the first integrated petrochemical complex in Vietnam, located in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. The project will include a world-class grassroots mixed-feed cracker, downstream polyolefin plants (HDPE, PP, and LLDPE), central utilities, a port, jetties and storage facilities, and other related infrastructure.As Vietnam’s first integrated petrochemical project, LSP is of strategic importance due to its import-substitution role in meeting the sustained and rapid growth in domestic demand for polymer resins and in enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnam’s plastics industry, which is a significant source of export revenue.LSP is a member of SCGC, Thailand.
