Risheng Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 1989, specializes in the production of PU resin. Building on this core technology, the company has expanded its expertise to develop thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), cross-linking agents, polyester polyol resins, and treating agents. This expansion enhances services to industries such as synthetic leather, genuine leather, textiles, adhesives, coatings, inks, and footwear materials. In 1997, the company initiated public stock offering procedures, officially went OTC in 2000, and listed on the stock exchange in October 2002. Currently, it is actively planning the stock listing process for its mainland China investments. In 2004, Risheng partnered with Pou Chen to establish Risheng Baojian Footwear Materials Co., Ltd. in the Huangjiang Yuyuan Industrial Zone of Dongguan. This venture involved setting up new production lines and an R&D center for PU series products, including TPU, PUR, PU slurry, polyester polyols, and shoe sole solutions.
